These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of services provided by All Access Locksmith LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) to customers (“you,” “your”). By requesting or receiving any of our locksmith services, you agree to these Terms.

All Access Locksmith LLC provides professional locksmith services, including but not limited to:
•Residential lockouts and rekeying
•Commercial lock and security solutions
•Automotive lockouts and key duplication
•Emergency 24/7 locksmith services

2. Service Availability
We strive to provide prompt and reliable service, but availability may vary due to demand, traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances. Emergency services are available 24/7, but response times are not guaranteed.

3. Payment Terms
•All payments are due in full upon completion of service.
•We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and other agreed-upon payment methods.
•Non-payment or chargebacks will result in collection actions, and you may be responsible for associated fees and legal costs.
•A dry run fee of $100 will be charged if the customer is unavailable or cancels after dispatch.

4. Estimates and Pricing
•Estimates given over the phone or online are non-binding and may vary based on the actual situation onsite.
•Final pricing will be confirmed before work begins.
•Additional charges may apply for emergency or after-hours service, specialized tools, or labor-intensive jobs.

5. Cancellations
•You may cancel a service request at any time before a technician is dispatched.
•If a technician has already been dispatched, a $100 cancellation fee may apply.
•Repeated cancellations may result in refusal of future service.

6. Warranty and Liability
•We guarantee our workmanship for 30 days from the service date.
•Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, wear and tear, or unauthorized tampering.
•We are not liable for:
•Pre-existing damage to locks, doors, safes, or vehicles.
•Losses resulting from delays or inability to gain access.
• Personal property left inside vehicles or premises.

7. Customer Responsibilities
•You confirm you are the lawful owner or authorized user of the property or vehicle.
•You agree to provide accurate information and access necessary for service.
•You acknowledge that forced entry, if required, may cause damage and accept responsibility.

8. Service Refusal
We reserve the right to refuse service for any reason, including suspected fraud, unsafe environments, or abusive behavior.

9. Privacy
We respect your privacy. Customer information is used only to provide and improve our services and will not be sold or shared without consent unless required by law.

10. Disputes and Governing Law
•These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida.
•Any disputes arising from or related to our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Palm Beach County, Florida.
